Ordering
Orders are taken telephonically, via email and through walk in visits at the FRAY’Z showroom. Client layout their requirements and we assist with various choice of decor, and putting a theme package together.
Once the choice is made a quotation/invoice is issued. A refundable deposit i.e breakage cover is charged and reimbursed provided all goods are returned in same order as received.
